Online Booking Tools –
Age of Travel’s “managed” online reservation systems are Internet based sites for your travelers to make their own reservations in a more cost effective manner. Your customized site will display your logo and travel policy which integrates negotiated rates and web pricing, preferred vendor contracts, a traveler’s profile data and all this is displayed along with the lowest flight cost for that individual’s reservation.

iBank is our web-based data management platform which mines travel data from a variety of sources, including GDS, online programs and back-office systems. The data is standardized, consolidated and warehoused in our Safe Harbor Certified and European Union Compliant facilities. iBank delivers over 80 standard reports and a virtually unlimited number of user defined reports upon demand or on a scheduled broadcast basis. With iBank reporting you can focus on Spend Analysis, Supplier Management, Policy/Risk Management, Activity Management, Spend Management, Reconciliation Analysis and Agency Productivity.

Magnatech
Our unused ticket report allows you the ability to track the
tickets that your corporate traveler doesn't use and tends to lose track of. The program adds unused ticket information to an individual's profile. The Excel spreadsheet report maintains a log and automatically tracks every unused segment, even residual amounts. Your company is emailed this report.

Quality Assurance
Age of Travel’s mid-office automated third party travel reservation accuracy and quality system audits all records for the lowest fare and provides lowest fare availability within client specific parameters. Correx identifies customer savings opportunities by searching airline inventory 24/7 for lower priced itineraries, up until the time of departure. Correx also verifies the accuracy and continuity of each component of the reservation tailored to both company and individual parameters, including seat preferences and assignments, car and hotel confirmations, and ticketing dates.

Automated Call Routing System
The Definity Avaya Telephone Switch helps us enhance our telephone operational efficiency, worker productivity and customer satisfaction by streamlining the communication between the travel consultant and the traveler. It is a sophisticated call center environment that can handle an abundance of calls.

Disaster Recovery
Age of Travel has devoted both time and money to guarantee our world class disaster recovery policy. We have an aggressive backup plan and fault tolerance policy that adds redundancy to every piece of technology that is used for operations and eliminates any central point of failure.

We take exceptional pride in our VPN (virtual private network). The VPN works by sharing public infrastructure while maintaining privacy through security procedures And tunneling protocols, by encrypting data at the sending end and decrypting by the recovery end.
